Shells

Stuffing:

1 lb	ground beef (that's mince to you Brits out there)
1 lb 	ricotta cheese
1 lb	mozzarella cheese
1 tbl	garlic chopped fine
1 tbl	basil/oregano 
1 tbl	fennel
1 tsp	salt
red pepper
black pepper

Brown mince.  Mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Shells:

1 12 oz box Jumbo stuffing shells (36 shells, some broken)

Cook (boil) shells (11 - 13 minutes) before stuffing.  Rinse in
cold water.  Don't stuff too generously.

Coat a baking pan with 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce, add filled shells,
cover with large jar of spaghetti sauce, cover with 1/4 lb Parmesan
cheese.  Bake at 325 covered about half an hour.

Serve with salad and garlic bread.
