Chow Mein

Received in the mail from Kathleen in May 94.

Ingredients
	1 pkg egg noodles*
	8 oz chicken, skinned & boned
	2 Tbl oil
	2 cloves garlic finely chopped
	1 onion finely sliced
	8 oz bean sprouts
	2 carrots shredded
	3 Tbl soy sauce
	1 Tbl sugar
	1 Tbl salt
	1 tsp sesame oil
Procedure
	Cook noodles.
	Slice chicken and stir fry in oil four minutes.
	Add garlic, onion, carrots and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
	Add bean sprouts, soy sauce, sesame oil and noodles.
	Mix well and heat through.
Note
	There are many varieties of egg noodles out there.  The ones
	I like best are chow mein noodles sold only in oriental grocery
	stores.  These are NOT the crispy noodles sold as chow mein
	noodles in normal grocery stores.  Ramen noodles would be a
	reasonable substitute.
