Honestly, I didn't make up the name of this cake. I got it from my 78 year old aunt. Let the jokes flow freely.
Ingredients 1 Duncan Hines Swiss Chocolate cake mix 1 can Eagle sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping warmed up 1 container Cool Whip 1/2 pkg Heath toffee chips Procedure Bake cake according to package directions. WHILE HOT, punch big holes in cake (a chopstick works fine), and pour caramel and sweetened condensed milk over cake. Allow to cool. Frost with Cool Whip. Top with toffee chips.
